Terms & Conditions

By accessing bugrifix.com or engaging Bugrifix Technologies ("we", "our", "us") for services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply alongside any signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA). In case of conflict, the signed agreement prevails.

Bugrifix Technologies provides software development, design, and digital consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Custom web and mobile application development
• MVP and SaaS platform engineering
• Shopify and e-commerce solutions
• AI integrations, backend, and API development
• Performance optimization and technical consulting

Scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined per project in a written SOW. Any changes require written approval from both parties.

Invoicing

• Projects follow milestone-based billing as defined in the SOW.
• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless agreed otherwise.
• Late payments accrue 1.5% monthly interest.

Deposits

Most engagements require a non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) to reserve capacity and begin work.

Money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied after the first sprint (typically 2 weeks), you may request a full refund minus the value of delivered assets. No arguments, no drama.

Upon full payment, all custom deliverables (source code, designs, documentation) created specifically for your project transfer to you. You own it. Full stop.

Exceptions:

• Pre-existing tools: Internal libraries, frameworks, and utilities developed by Bugrifix Technologies remain our property, licensed to you perpetually for use in your project.
• Third-party assets: Open-source libraries, stock imagery, and licensed fonts remain under their original licenses.
• Portfolio rights: We may showcase the work publicly (with reasonable NDA respect) unless you explicitly opt out.

Every launched project includes 30 days of complimentary bug-fix support for defects in delivered code. This does not cover new features, third-party service outages, or user error.

Services are provided "as is" beyond this warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, defect-free code, or specific business outcomes. Extended support plans are available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bugrifix Technologies' total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination:

• Client pays for all work completed and expenses incurred through the termination date.
• Bugrifix Technologies delivers all completed work in progress.
• Confidentiality and IP clauses survive termination indefinitely.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes resolved in the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
